Given the current economic outlook and the crisis in traditional metal construction, we have designed a kind of utilitarian building whose metal framing is composed entirely of galvanized, cold-rolled profiles. These profiles offer a better weight/mechanical resistance ratio than traditional, heat-laminated shapes.

We worked on the technical properties of this product for four years and we filed for a patent.

In fact, we observed that the manufacturing cost of traditional roof framing continues to be very high because of the highly labor-intensive work performed during production.

The galvanized, cold-rolled profiles are mass produced in ultra-modern, computerized factories, hence the need for perfect cooperation between the research office and the manufacturing site. The connector parts that are covered by the patent are manufactured in our own workshop.

The innovative aspect also lies in the way in which this kind of building is marketed. It is presented in the form of a basic model with further options to be chosen by the customer (something akin to purchasing an automobile).

In addition to the hangar product, we are currently studying the use of cold-rolled profiles in all other industrial structures (gangways, stairs, private homes, etc.), which will enable us to evolve toward a veritable niche in the construction field.
